Multi-tenant apartments and offices. To include all items as listed above for full service plus site attendance next working
day following our office being notified within business hours (before 2pm). As an Moccom maintained site, any service requests
for site attendance take priority over non-maintained sites. Likewise exchange equipment is given first priority to maintained
sites. All parts deemed defective to be replaced at no extra cost between service intervals.
